The following cheats all worked in my game.

Money Cheat there are many different ways to do this cheat:

(rosebud;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;! etc.) - on the last ! type 1 instead and press enter and hold. It'll say on such cheat. But continue to hold. To stop cheat delect the 1 and press enter.

To make ponds and streams:

(water_tool) : use in build mode. Type in the cheat and press enter. Then click on the squares that you want to put water on. To delect the water hold the ctrl key and click on the water you want removed.

To move/delect objects that you are not normally able to move/delect (people and dishes etc.):

(move_objects on) : use in build mode. Just type in cheat and press enter. Then click on the person or object you want. Delect like you would anything else. Or move to new location. You can delect your sim that has low mood bar. Then go back to live mode and click on their face icon. They will return refreshed and new. I'm told you can delect the social worker.I don't know if it will permanently delect the social worker or not (do it at your own risk). To turn off the cheat type (move_objects off) and press enter.

To make grass grow there are two cheats:

(grow_grass 0 - 150) : use in build mode. Good for if you leveled the land and killed the grass. Up type in grow_grass and a number. Example: grow_grass 150 - will kill grass / grow_grass 0 - turns the cheat off. I use grow_grass 50.

(edit_grass 0 - 150) : use in build mode. Works the same as above cheat. Only this one grows grass just where you point and click at. Instead of the whole lot.

To be able to build out of lot bounds:

(map_edit on) : Use in build mode. Type in cheat and press enter. All the out of bounds square will be white. Click on them to turn them red. Then pull up the cheat box again and type in (map_edit off) enter. Then build whatever you want. You can even build on or above the road ( more on this under tips). If you leave all the square red the lot will look different in the neigborhood screen. To change this type in the cheat again(map_edit on) and change the red square on the sidewalk, the road, and the grass between the two back to white. Don't forget to turn the cheat back off.

These are all the cheats I have so far.

TIPS!

The Perfect Personality : When you create a sim assign no personality point. When in the game buy the chemistry set then make and drink the yellow potion it will reverse the personality. Example: Nice "3" turns to Nice "7" and Nice "0" turns to Nice "10".

About the chemistry set: Potions= Blue- restores 3 bars to full green. Orange- makes sim invisible. Purple= turns sims temporary into Frankenstein monster (breaks everything it can). Red= Falls in love. Yellow= Reverses personality. Neon Green= All mood bars go the red. Lime Green= Evil cone (twin) of sims.

A Floating House: First fill in the area you are to build the house on with columns then click on the symbol for the second story and put in the floors, walls, doors, windows, and the stairs. May should you build everything you want. Then go back to the 1st floor and delect all the columns. And presto you have a house in the skies.
